Butcher String, A Must For Tying Roasts

butcher twine

When cooking a roast, a great technique for ensuring that it cooks uniformly is to tying it using butcher string, a.k.a. butcher twine.

It’s really just food grade kite string that also comes in handy when creating a bouquet garni, or a tied bunch of herbs that is added to dishes for flavor then removed intact before serving.
