The Backwood’s Party Smoker. Exterior dimensions are 48″ tall including the stack, 24″ deep, 20″ wide. The cooking chamber is 25″ high, 16.5″ deep, 15.5 wide. It comes with 6 removable 16.5″ x 15.5″ cooking grates 4″ apart and it can hold up to 18 slabs of baby back ribs, 12 slabs of St. Louis style ribs, 6 to 8 large briskets or 8 to 10 Boston butts. If you are a competition BBQ cook, this baby can handle all four of your meats and you can get a good night’s sleep.
